Shipping and Returns
Shipping Times
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CET) on business days are shipped the same day.
• Orders placed outside business days will be shipped on the next working day.
• We ship all orders with GLS.
Estimated Delivery Times
• Netherlands: 1–2 working days
• Europe: 2–3 working days
• Outside Europe: 7–14 working days

If your country isn’t listed, feel free to email us at info@whimsydawn.com. We’d love to arrange a shipment for you — wherever you live, we’ll do our best to get your Whimsy Dawn pieces to you.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply. These are charged once your package reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a track & trace code via email once your package has been shipped.

All orders are insured during transit from Whimsy Dawn to your delivery address, covering theft and damage. Please note: once a package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier, which can take up to 20 working days. In the meantime, we kindly ask you to check with your neighbors. We will contact you as soon as we receive an update.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the packaging and the item within 12 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a fitting solution.
Safety Notice
Please keep all packaging materials, including any gift items, away from children and pets to avoid choking hazards. Packaging may be flammable—keep it away from heat or open flames. Whimsy Dawn cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by packaging materials.
Returns
At Whimsy Dawn, we of course hope you’re completely happy with your item(s). If you’re not, for any reason, you can return your items according to the return conditions below. If you have questions about an item or return, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

• Returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days from the day of delivery.
• You must register your return through our return portal.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service so the package can always be followed.
Whimsy Dawn reserves the right to accept or decline returns that fall outside the return window or do not meet our conditions.
We only accept returns of items purchased directly through whimsydawn.com.
We do not accept returns of items that have been used and are no longer in original condition.
Please note that international duties, taxes, and other charges on orders outside the EU are non-refundable.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods arrived damaged. All returned items claimed as faulty will be inspected upon arrival.
Once our returns department has received your package, your refund will be processed via the original payment method, within 10 business days. Please note your bank may need additional time to process the refund once it has been initiated.
